Exposing our application

When we deploy an application inside our cluster, the application cannot communicate unless there is service to another Pod. Is this true? Our applications in a different namespaces could not communicate with each other. Is that true?

  3. When we define a Service to a Pod/Deployment A in namespace A. Our application B in namespace B, could communicate to the Service A. If yes, how? .
